Returns on Apparel, Accesories and Shoes

Ditto Couture gladly accepts returns on both new and previously loved apparel, accesories and shoes purchased on this website provided your return is requested within 14 days of the purchase date and returned in the exact condition they were shipped. The Ditto Couture tag must still be affixed to the item and undamaged or a 15% restocking/cleaning fee will be applied to the refunded amount. Items that have been worn or used will wither be returned to the purchaser or assesed a restocking/cleaning fee at our discretion.

Previoulsy loved items that have been purchased in our retail brick and mortar boutique (Ditto Couture) cannot be returned. New items purchased in the physical Ditto Couture store can be returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.

To return an item you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 14 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 21 days of the shipment date. To request an RMA number, go to My Purchases in My Account, and simply click "Request RMA" on the right side of the page.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days to process and assess it, plus another 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement. We’ll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.

 

Returns On Jewelry And Watches

All jewelry and watches are eligible to be returned for store credit only provided they are returned in the condition they were shipped and have been unused. To return jewelry or watch purchases, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 14 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 21 days of the shipment date. To request an RMA number, go to My Purchases in My Account, and simply click "Request RMA" on the right side of the page.

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus another 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card statement. We’ll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.

 

Final Sale Items

Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted on any item marked FINAL SALE.
